You can count on three things...death, taxes, and your gear breaking down 5 minutes before your best client walks in.
We can't help you with death or taxes, but have found that proper maintenance can keep your sessions going. A preventative maintenance plan allows us to keep an eye on your gear, so you can schedule service around your sessions, not the other way around.
If you do crash and burn, we'll send a rescue team out fast. Contract clients get priority response, weekend/night pager access and cool presents at the holidays.
We offer ongoing maintenance contracts in many flavors, to meet either maintenance or part-time engineering needs. Ever wish you had an engineer on staff to help you plan for the future? Your contract can also include consulting to help you decide where you're going next. Ask us.
Who ya gonna call?
We've got the know-how, the equipment. Our shop is staffed with factory-trained techs who have probably worked on a piece of gear like yours, and may have even seen that symptom before. We've got experts for Avids, ADATs, DA88s, Betacams, DigiBetas, DVcams, consoles, switchers, Mac/NT boxes, even your old "vintage" gear. We're even a warranty service center for most of those. Our field techs specialize in system wide trouble-shooting, to look at the whole picture and get your problem solved. Want some initials?
